White, Gray and Black Christians – Where do you belong?

White: The colour white, in the Bible and in today’s society, is typically associated with purity, things that are good, innocence, honesty, and cleanliness.
Black: The colour Black is, of course, the darkest color in the Bible. It lacks brightness or a hue, and although it absorbs light, it does not reflect any back. black is associated to wickedness, witchcraft and Evil

Gray: The colour Gray could be made out of the above mentioned colours; black and white. A mixture of black and white will produce the colour gray. In Christianity, the grays are people who have received and accepted the light of God, but the light is being obscured and not shining to the world because of the darkness in them, thereby producing the gray effect.

We could describe our era of Christianity as being partly white(the remnant of righteous Christians living with little or no sin), Partly Black(the seeds of Satan, wolves in sheep clothing, false prophets and teachers), partly gray( These make up make the majority of Christians today, the light of Christ shines in the good works they do, their fasting, prayers and kindness to others, but again they are black in their anger, fornication, adultery and all manner of sins they indulge, they have that darkness in them which always pushes them to transgress the law of God). This could be liken to the parable of “wheat and weeds”.

The parable of Weeds and Wheat:

Jesus told them another parable: The kingdom of heaven is like a man who sowed good seed in his field. But while everyone was sleeping, his enemy came and sowed weeds among the wheat, and went away. When the wheat sprouted and formed heads, then the weeds also appeared. The owner’s servants came to him and said, “Sir, didn’t you sow good seed in your field? Where then did the weeds come from?” “An enemy did this,” he replied. The servants asked him, “Do you want us to go and pull them up?” “No,” he answered, “because while you are pulling the weeds, you may root up the wheat with them. Let both grow together until the harvest. At that time I will tell the harvesters: First collect the weeds and tie them in bundles to be burned; then gather the wheat and bring it into my barn” (Matt. 13:24-30).

White – Wheat – Righteousness: at the time of harvest these will gathered and taken into the lord’s barn

Black – Weeds – Darkness – Evil – Falsehood: at the time of harvest, these will be bundled together to be burned.

Gray – a mixture of truthfulness and falsehood, partially good, partially evil: What happens to the gray Christians? At the time of harvest there would be no gray, at the time of harvest it’s either you are black or you are white. Prior to the harvest, there will be a great revival, the great tribulation, persecution and the mark of the beast. Because of the persecution and other things, the grays will choose sides; some will removed all the darkness in them completely for the seal of the holy spirit(the world, riches, positions, food, blogs, businesses), and others will throw overboard the light for darkness(receipt of the mark of the beast). When gray is removed, then is the time for the harvest!

Explanation of the Parable:

His disciples came to him and said, “Explain to us the parable of the weeds in the field.” He answered, “The one who sowed the good seed is the Son of Man. The field is the world, and the good seed stands for the sons of the kingdom. The weeds are the sons of the evil one, and the enemy who sows them is the devil. The harvest is the end of the age, and the harvesters are angels. As the weeds are pulled up and burned in the fire, so it will be at the end of the age. The Son of Man will send out his angels, and they will weed out of his kingdom everything that causes sin and all who do evil. They will throw them into the fiery furnace, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth. Then the righteous will shine like the sun in the kingdom of their Father. He who has ears, let him hear” (Matt. 13:36-43).

When the harvesters come(Angels) they will weed out everything that causes sin and all who do evil, so if you are a gray Christian, the time is now to start getting any shade of black(darkness) in your life out of it, now is the time to get rid of that anger, that urge to fornicate, now is the time to embrace more of white(light) so at the time of harvest you be termed, “wheat” fit to enter the Master’s barn.

God bless you as start becoming more of a white Christian in Jesus name.
